I wonder what this particular Kennedy and other of his ilk would do if given the chance - define political oppositin to them like the Soviets did and then lock up the opposition in psych wards for forced brainwashing?
That doesn't even address the merits, or more accurately the lack thereof, of more gun laws, when we demonstrably haven't been bothering to enforce the ones already on the books.
