Laws to regulate vitamin sales are invalid, says judge

It seems that vitamin supplements will not become controlled substances in EUnuchistan. Just imagine the possibilities for true entrepreneurship that were nipped in the bud: the drug smuggling rings could have added Ascorbic Acid and Niacin, etc. to their bills of lading.
This has to be just about the first anti-regulatory decision, ruling, interpretation, or whatever that the Chief can recall coming out of EUnuchistan.
Maybe they're not quite all brain dead yet. (THIS judge probably took his vitamins!)
