The Chief has commented repeatedly on the need for the US to enforce its own borders. The volunteer effprt currently underway in Arizona gives the lie to administration apologists who claim that there is little that can be done to accomplish this.
This coverage from the London Telegraph gives a good overview of the effort, and it's effects, and also the stess fracture that is on the verge of cracking the GOP apart.
The current GOP establishment would be well served to SERIOUSLY ponder this issue. If there were somewhere else to go that would be an effective counter to this...a lot of formerly loyal GOP conservative spear carriers would take a hike. Are you listening Bill Quick?
