No Change in Pheasant Opener
It looks like tradion rules on this one. Personally, it's 6 of one, half-dozen of the other.
It brings to mind "training" we always had to do on our Naval Reserve Center CO in Sioux Falls. We always did our best to impress upon them that that scheduling on the 3rd Sat. was NOT the way to go. A newly assigned CO from somewhere else in the country sometimes tried to schedule a drill weekend on the Pheasant Opener, and THEN discovered why we always said that that ws a BAD was a bad ideal when half the guys called in sick or something that weekend.
