Rain and snow to cover Black Hills

This is definitely a plus for the Hills. It has been REALLY dry out there, and it is cheering to see some moisture come in. I mean really, when they already had a fire in mid April...without this it would have effectively turned into a powder magazine by summer.

This mioght not solve everything moisture-wise, but it sure can't hurt!
