Dead Hand of Regulation Threatens to Choke New Industry
This is both alarming and heartening.
It's alarming that, as the Chief had feared, government over-regulation (a redundancy?!) has laid it's heavy hand on the fledgling commercial spaceflight industry.
The good news, is that it survived, and is still moving forward.
